How do I place an order?

Do I need to set up an account before making a purchase?
No. You can make an order as guest. However, we encourage customer to sign up an account for ease of operation and speedier check out. Signing up as a member also enable you to collect reward points.

How do I make the payment?
Follow the check-out steps and you will be directed to our payment page. At the moment, we are using Stripe, GrabPay and PayPal as our payment gateways. You are able to make payment through Visa, Master, Amex credit card and Apple Pay. However, we do not accept direct bank transfer now. You may visit https://stripe.com/en-my to know more about this payment gateway.
Shipping
How do you ship my orders?
All domestic orders will be shipped via DHL, Poslaju or Skynet courier company.
All orders from Singapore will be shipped via Teleport or Janio.
What is the delivery time frame?
Shipping Policy
All orders except pre-order items will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends, public holidays, or under some specific condition as stated by the merchant) upon receipt of payment.
You will receive your goods within 5-7 working days from the date of purchase. Delivery time might take slightly longer during festive seasons.
Please double check with us on the shipping time frame for pre-order items.How do I track my order?
You will receive SMS or email tracking notification. Please contact us if you've not received neither your parcel or tracking notification after 2 days after making the purchase.
What is the postage fee?
All locations in Peninsular Malaysia enjoys a flat rate of RM10 shipping fee while all locations in Sabah & Sarawak enjoys a flat rate of RM18 for all parcels up to 3kg.
Free shipping for every minimum order of RM200 (West Malaysia), RM250 (East Malaysia).
Shipping fees to Singapore are as follows:
0.0-1.0kg: RM30
1.1-2.0kg: RM35
2.1-3.0kg: RM45
3.1-4.0kg: RM50
4.1-5.0kg: RM55

What is your return policy?
Return & Refund Policy
Once purchased, goods are not to be refunded, returned, transferred or exchanged. You may only return your order due to any of the following reasons:
Damaged: The product is damaged in delivery
Defective: The product does not function as described
Incorrect Item: Not the product the customer ordered
For any cases of dented or defects of the product, customers should inform TeenyHands customer service within 48 hours from receiving date or else void exchange. In the event when a Merchant ceases trading during the validity period, you may be offered an alternative or equal value, or may request a refund by writing to order.myteenyhands@gmail.com. Before returning any product/s to us, please contact +016 6089044 and let our customer service team assist you. Returned item must be shipped back to us within seven calendar days from the day you received the item. The goods must be in new condition and returned in original packaging along with all accessories, proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice or other relevant information) and free gifts if any.
Goods return to us will travel at buyer's risk and expense. Refund can only be made within the stipulated time frame mentioned above.

How to redeem the points?
Firstly, you'll need to log into your account. Secondly, click on the brown Teeny Rewards tab at the left of the screen (desktop) or at bottom left of the screen (mobile). Then look for the "Get Rewards" tab and choose the amount of points that you wish to redeem.

What is TeenyHand's Affiliate Program?
It is a commission based marketing program where an affiliate partner will be paid 5-10% of the total sales when a referral made a purchase on TeenyHand's website. All new affiliates begin with a 5% commission and will be upgraded to higher commission as total accumulated sales values increases.
Total Accumulated Sales Value: RM 1.00 - RM 1000.00 >> 5% commission
Total Accumulated Sales Value: RM 1001.00 - RM 2500.00 >> 8% commission
Total Accumulated Sales Value: RM 2501.00 - >> 10% commission
Who is eligible to join?
How to register as an affiliate partner?
Click on the "Affiliate" tab on our website, then click on the "Join Now" tab and proceed to register. Verify your account upon receiving a email requesting you to do so.
How does it work?
- Login your user portal after verification and update your personal profiles, payment methods (via bank transfer or discount coupon). Please update your bank account details if that is your preferred payment method.
- Copy your unique referral URL link or 5% discount code and start promoting on your social accounts e.g facebook, instagram etc. 5% discount will be given automatically when your referrals made a purchase through your link. Also, you can opt to promote individual products.
- Earn commission every time your referrals make a purchase on TeenyHand's website either through your unique referral URL link or 5% discount code.
- Receive payment through your local bank account at the end of each month. Minimum payout amount is RM10. Or you made choose to redeem store discount coupon.
Referral link & coupon code.
Login to your user portal and you'll find your unique referral link, 5% discount coupon code under the "Home" tab. You can change the name of the coupon code to your liking here while changes to the referral link can be done at the "Settings" tab.

Marketing Tools (Product Links & Media Assets).
Under the "Marketing Tools" tab, you will be able to generate your specific unique product link for promotion. Simply copy the URL of the specific product that you wish to promote, paste it to the left column and new link will be generated on the right column.
Also on this page is the "Media Assets" that you can use for promotion. The assets will be updated from time to time, in line with the most current promotion.


Payment summary.
Affiliates can choose to receive payment either through bank transfer or store discount coupon. Click on the "Payment" tab to check your payment status.
Commission will be paid out at the end of each month for affiliates who preferred bank transfer method. As for store discount coupon, affiliates can redeem under the "Payment" tab.
Please note that minimum pay-out amount is RM10.

Portal Settings
Under the "Settings" tab, you can
- Update your profile
- Change / update your referral code
- Setup your payment settings. To do so, click the "Setup" button. Select "Bank Transfer" and proceed to fill in the needed information. You may leave the "Branch Code" &"Swift Code" field empty, if unsure.
